Unused, unopened packs can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Used pads cannot be returned — that's the nature of a practice surface.
DEFECTS
If a pad arrives damaged, torn, or clearly defective, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. No runaround.
